Better Latte Than Never =)

"Take a deep breath, It's just a bad day, not a bad life"
This post is ,in all honestly, a reminder for me to remember that when we have a bad day, that is exactly what it is nothing more unless you let it carry on. I came up with this idea for this post when I was taking a bath (where most great ideas come from). When you have a bad day just think of all your favorite things. I know I told you all my favorite things in a previous post but I have recently improved my list :)
Favorite things:
  • Super bubbly baths :)
  • Netflix (best creation ever)
  • Movies. It kinda ties into Netflix but it IS different
  • Early Mornings
  • Late Nights with my friends
  • Getting to disappear to my nana and grandpa's in the Summer time
  • My job. It may not be my absolute favorite thing but I'm blessed to have that job.
  • Music is also a good thing :)
  • the way it smells after it rains
  • Lenard the Alero. He is a little stud.
  • sweet texts <3
  • unsweet tea
  • road trips
  • Candles. I LOVE them!
  • Mexican Food
  • Mario party on Nintendo 64. Too bad we don't have it.
  • Relationships like Hannah's and all the cute things they do for each other. Absolutely adorable<3 Good Choice Hannah :)
  • Lorenzo Guadalupe Tu Madre the Iphone. Even if he is a little broken
  • All of the flowers around the house in the Summer. Thanks Mom=)
  • a clean room. Even though mine is hardly ever clean.
  • Stupid movie quotes that only my dad understands :)
  • Popsicles <3
  • boys that smell good <3
  • glitter. Lots and Lots of glitter!
  • Pretty Little Liars.
This is just part of many of my favorite things. I sometimes take these days for granted. So my challenge for everyone is to make a list of all of your favorite things and just think about how truely blessed we are. Don't forget to Thank the Man that gave us everything we have today :)

Summer Bucket List #50: go to a movie.

On a Monday afternoon I was sitting at my house making crayon art when my mom decided she wanted to go see Hangover 3. So we went down to the movie theater. As you can see from above we got bored while waiting for the movie so we took pictures:) While watching the movie I couldn't remember what happened in Hangover 2 so I shortly found myself confused. Summer Bucket List #15: go to the lake :)

On Sunday My sister, dad, and I decided to take a trip to the lake. It was freezing cold but it was still fun and much needed! The water isn't very high so you can't really use the rope swing thing (or the rope we use as a swing). If you use that you would just land in a pile of sand. We had to buy new tubes because the tubes we had before had holes in them which I did not find out about until I tried to blow them up. We aren't talking about tiny holes try more like GIANT gash. To make matters worse, i tried to blow one up then deflated it and tried to blow up the second one. Then learned only the pillow blows up on the second so deflated that one and aired up the first on again "/   So after a great day at the lake I have 4 down, 64 more to go :)

Summer Bucket List #6: Sleepover :)

This is my "broffer" Alex. The fact that she is a girl and is my brother should explain our whole relationship! :) With this girl there is never a dull moment because we are always doing hood rat things but not with friends(everyone is just jealous of our coolness which is why we often find ourselves alone). As we always say God made us friends because our moms couldn't handle us as sisters. The other day was the first time we had hung out all Summer and it was great to see her. We always have so much fun. This time we decided to violate A.J's person space by playing doctor and sticking water bottles where they shouldn't be! :) Even though A.J claims that we "need to stop" with whatever we may be torturing him with at that point in time, he just really means "please continue to annoy me because I like the attention! ;) but anyway back to the main point of this here blog post we decide to have a sleepover :) The first picture is us trying to get my clothes from my house but then decided to pick on A.J and the second picture would be what I woke up to at nine in the morning (after going to sleep at two) before having to feed sheep! Activities of this sleepover include: walking sheep, eating pizza, watching girl code, and eating lava cake for breakfast (shhhh don't tell mom). 3 down 65 more to go! :)
